Beyonce strolled by Late Night with Jimmy Fallon in what may be the shortest dress ever designed to promote her album 4 — as well as Kelly Rowland’s album. Jimmy showed a photo of Bey and her former Destiny’s Child gals hanging out together, and the bridal diva dropped a plug for Ms. Kelly’s Here I Am. Now that’s what friends are for.
