After being named CFDA’s Fashion Icon, Lady Gaga stepped out today in a dress with own her face printed on it. Donning the same aqua bob she sported last night, the Mother Monster’s exited the Sirius XM offices (perhaps after wrapping up an hour-long chat with Gayle King) in a mini dress with her Born This Way cover on it. We imagine the Judas lover asking her personal staff, “Bring me something that screams, ‘Gaga’!” and an assistant returned this dress. Jump below for the full effect.
